This can't be happening, can it? Last night, as I was admiring my orchid plant, I almost screamed when I spotted yet another new shoot! I swear it wasn't there two nights ago!

真 的 估 不 到 呀 ﹗ 昨 晚 欣 賞 白 蘭 花 時 ﹐ 竟 然 見 又 多 了 一 枝 分 枝 在 莖 中 申 出 ﹐ 我 發 誓 前 晚 明 明 見 不 到 它 的 ﹗

When I told my husband about the new shoot growing out from the tip of the stalk the other night, he said he wished it was a new branch and not an extension, as the stalk was too long already, a longer length may cause it to snap. I told him, "I am happy just to have more new flowers, so no complain!"

前 晚 ﹐ 當 我 話 給 老 公 知 莖 端 又 再 由 延 ﹐ 他 立 刻 說 若 果 是 分 枝 就 更 好 ﹐ 因 為 莖 枝 己 很 長 ﹐ 再 長 恐 怕 它 過 重 會 折 斷 ﹐ 我 回 說 ﹕" 有 新 花 就 偷 笑 了 ﹐ 不 許 有 complaints﹗ "

Well, who would think his wish came true two days later!?!

哈 ﹐ 誰 想 到 兩 天 後 竟 如 他 所 望 喎 !?!

I seperated these yellow orchid plants into two pots two months ago.
細 黃 色 蘭 花 ﹐ 很 粗 生 ﹐ 上 個 月 我 把 它 分 成 兩 盆

While I have success with indoor planting, I have no luck with the outdoor ones, for I don't like the sun, nor the bugs, earth worms, especially don't like the hard labor work. The red arrow in the above picture pointed at my second and last peony flower for the season. I never took care of it since my mom planted it many years ago.

雖 然 我 室 內 的 花 種 有 收 成 ﹐ 室 外 的 就 差 勁 了 ﹗ 上 圖 箭 咀 指 著 的 是 我 今 季 第 二 朵 及 最 後 的 牡 丹 花 。 我 不 愛 被 太 陽 灑 ﹐ 怕 蟲 怕 蟻 ﹐ 更 怕 辛 苦 ﹐ 所 以 ﹐ 室 外 的 花 是 由 得 它 們 自 生 自 滅 的 ﹗

I now have three pots of the yellow orchid plants, actually they were repotted from one pot. This is the third pot, last blooming was November '08.
這 是 第 三 盆 花 色 籣 花 ﹐ 其 實 全 從 一 盆 分 盆 出 來 ﹐ 上 次 開 花 是 十 一 月。
