這 裡 的 天 氣 非 常 要 命 ﹗

My outdoor thermemoter has recorded a max reading of 106 degree Franherit!

我 室 外 溫 度 計 曾 紀 錄 到 最 高 溫 度 為 華 氏 106.7 度 (攝 氏 41.5)﹗

It's been hot for many days, so hot that the nearby brook was mostly dried out!

只 兩 個 星 期 沒 有 雨 水 ﹐ 家 附 近 的 小 溪 差 不 多 全 乾 涸 了 ﹗

All the fish are died.

所 有 的 魚 都 死 了 。

The whole area was fishy-stinky, I'm just glad I don't live right next to it.

整 條 小 溪 都 腥 臭 得 死 ﹐ 好 彩 我 家 與 小 溪 是 三 屋 之 隔 。

The small body of water in upstream had also dried out on the day after this photo was taken (Sunday).

上 游 的 淺 水 在 拍 照 的 翌 日 也 都 乾 了 。

The downstream was spared the next day (Sunday) due to the tree shade, but not sure how it is today, after these two day's of extreme heat wave.

下 游 的 淺 水 則 被 樹 陰 保 住 了 ﹐ 但 那 是 周 日 的 事 ﹐ 過 了 兩 天 的 熱 浪 後 的 今 天 就 不 知 了 。

兩 年 前 的 小 溪

Worst was the humidity factor, but fortunately it's not frequent. No matter how hot and humid here is, it's still far better than Hong Kong in July/August, for we have something that she doesn't have -- wind!

幸 而 大 部 份 的 熱 天 都 不 甚 潮 濕 ﹐ 不 像 七 八 月 的 香 港 ﹔ 就 是 這 幾 天 ﹐ 溫 度 及 濕 氣 雖 高 ﹐ 但 都 沒 有 香 港 的 浩 熱 -- 因 為 這 裡 有 微 風 ﹗
